About Me
Rachael elspeth elder -
A great many things. Externally I am: an aunty, a coach, an entrepreneur, a director, a consultant, an expert, a student, a collaborator, a writer, a filmmaker, a singer, a speaker…
I am also a trauma survivor who manages severe PTSD, depression and anxiety, a ‘certifiable invalid’ who manages physical impairment and disability, proudly queer and forevermore fearless.
I’ve led teams across private and charitable sectors, delivered keynotes, published articles, influenced public sector and local government reform. I have been fortunate to work with innovators, across all walks of life, across every sector, across our global community.
I believe that us humans can do better. We can be better, for ourselves, for each other and for our communities. I believe accessibility of language and safe proactive spaces in which to have difficult conversations will lead us toward our best chance at systemic, structural and cultural change.
