My Vision
A future without abuse of power in Aotearoa. Brazen, isn’t it? Where leadership centres, values and uplifts
the existence and prosperity of marginalised peoples and voices.
My Mission
My mission is to support my clients to become leaders they can be proud of: dynamic, messy, evolving, staunch, structured, sometimes gentle, always equitable, fearless, curious, caring, connected, respectful, nuanced, empathetic, vulnerable, patient, innovative leaders -
redefining what the next generation of leadership feels like.
My Values
Reindigenisation: keep listening, learning, unlearning and evolving how to be a better Tangata Tiriti pākehā supporting Tino Rangatiratanga.
Courage to show up, courage to stand tall, courage to stand with those who need support.
Vulnerability to show up authentically, to be real with others. “Vulnerability is not weakness, it’s our greatest measure of courage” - Bréne Brown.
Equity - we are no better or worse than each other, just different. We all have a lot to learn from each other.
Accountability to not make excuses, to own fault and mistakes, to challenge behaviours and relationships when they harm.
Humility - "Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better." - Maya Angelou
